WHY YOU'LL WANT THIS JOB

Start $19-$22/hr as an apprentice, up to $25/hr as a technician — with raises as you level up Twice-yearly performance bonus up to 10% of your pay 3-10% annual raises plus merit increases We pay for certifications and will cross-train you into irrigation, chemical application, or garden care Real published ladder: Apprentice → Technician → Senior Tech → Lead-Track → Crew Lead / Foreman Top equipment provided + uniform allowance. We never ask our team to work with second-rate gear.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Mow, edge, trim, blow, and run spring and fall cleanups Maintain residential and commercial grounds to the LNG standard Operate and care for equipment safely; complete daily equipment checks Log your work on a company tablet; show up on time and work safe

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Reliable, hard-working, and comfortable with physical outdoor work — experience not required Valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation Team-first, coachable attitude Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
