Conduct site assessments to identify pest issues, plant diseases, or health deficiencies, recommending appropriate integrated pest management strategies. Maintain accurate records of chemical usage, pesticide applications, and treatment schedules in compliance with regulatory standards. Perform confined space entry procedures safely when required for specific treatments or inspections. Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatment plans, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service. Adhere to all safety protocols including respiratory protection and confined space safety procedures during application processes. Requirements Prior outdoor work experience in lawn care, tree care, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, or hand tools is essential for efficient operation and troubleshooting. Knowledge of pesticide management, pest control chemicals handling, and pesticide application techniques is required. Familiarity with integrated pest management practices and entomology principles will enhance your effectiveness on the job. Ability to operate company vehicles safely and confidently; a valid driver's license is mandatory. Understanding of ladder safety procedures and proper ladder use for elevated treatments or inspections.
