Full Job Description Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year Job description: Lawn Care Technician (Charlotte Area) Salaried Role with Earnings Equivalent to $24- 30/hr + Incentives This is a full-time, year-round salaried position designed to provide consistent income and reward performance.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Apply weed control and fertilizer treatments to residential lawns
- Identify turf issues and recommend solutions
- Provide excellent customer service on every visit
- Complete detailed service notes after each job
- Maintain equipment and keep trucks clean and organized
