This position involves performing a variety of exterior cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance tasks to ensure properties look their best and operate smoothly. Whether you're trimming trees, mowing lawns, or operating power tools, your efforts will directly contribute to creating, inviting, and well-kept environments for clients. This paid position offers opportunities for growth and skill development in landscaping, equipment use, and customer service areas. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and fertilizing to ensure landscapes stay perfect. Conduct landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, shrubbery trimming, and flower bed upkeep. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like edging, pruning, and debris removal. Utilize equipment such as push mowers, stand behind mowers, riding mowers, string trimmers, edgers, chainsaws, pressure washers, and other battery/gas equipment Maintain hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance. Conduct general exterior cleaning duties including pressure washing surfaces and clearing debris from outdoor areas. Follow safety protocols during all operations involving machinery like mowers or power tools. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional landscaping services that meet client expectations. Experience Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or exterior property maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Mechanical knowledge related to operating landscaping equipment and hand tools is highly desirable. Familiarity with horticulture principles or gardening practices enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Experience with construction or hardscape projects is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards property upkeep are essential for success in this energetic role.
