We are looking for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. This position offers a lot of freedom and responsibility for the right person—you will have the opportunity to manage your own route and make decisions in the field without someone constantly looking over your shoulder.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record Current fertilizer/pesticide applicator license Experience operating PermaGreen or Steel Green spreaders Experience mixing and applying lawn care chemicals safely and properly Able to work independently and manage your own route Reliable, organized, and takes pride in doing quality work Willing to work 40-50 hours per week during the season Previous professional lawn fertilization and weed control experience preferred

What You'll Do:

Fertilize residential and commercial lawns Apply weed, insect, and disease control treatments Mix and apply lawn care chemicals Operate PermaGreen or Steel Green spreaders Manage your own daily route and schedule Communicate with customers when needed Maintain accurate application records Care for and maintain your equipment
