Join Our Team Lebanon Landscaping LLC is a growing landscaping company serving Hunterdon County and the surrounding areas. We're looking for a dependable, motivated team member who takes pride in quality work and enjoys working outdoors. We perform a wide variety of landscaping services, so no two days are the same. From lawn maintenance and landscape installations to hardscaping and snow removal, you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills and grow with our company. Opportunity For Advancement Employees who consistently demonstrate reliability, quality workmanship, and a positive attitude will have the opportunity to advance into independently running a mowing route and take on additional responsibilities. Responsibilities Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, and other landscaping equipment Perform weekly lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and clean-up Install mulch, trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials Assist with landscape construction projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, drainage, and grading Help with property cleanups, brush removal, pruning, and seasonal services Safely load, unload, and maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment Keep equipment clean and report maintenance issues Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, professional appearance on customer properties Assist with snow plowing, shoveling, and salting during the winter season as needed Opportunities to learn and operate skid steers, excavators, and other equipment for employees who demonstrate responsibility and a willingness to learn Qualifications Required 1+ years of experience in landscaping, lawn maintenance, construction, or a related outdoor labor field Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Califon, NJ Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality Ability to work well as part of a team Preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience operating commercial lawn equipment Experience operating skid steers, excavators, or other equipment Experience with hardscaping, drainage, or landscape installations Snow plowing experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid training Opportunities for raises based on performance Opportunity to learn equipment operation and landscape construction Opportunity for advancement into crew leader and equipment operator positions A respectful, team-oriented work environment where quality work is appreciated If you're looking for a company that values hard work, takes pride in doing the job right, and offers opportunities to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
