March-November:

Lawn fertilization, weed control, aeration & seeding, and related lawn care services.

Winter Months:

Snow and ice management, equipment maintenance, truck maintenance, shop organization, and yard improvements. No Experience? No Problem! We provide complete paid training. Experience in landscaping, lawn maintenance, irrigation, pest control, construction, or operating commercial equipment is a plus, but not required. Experience operating a zero-turn mower or other outdoor equipment is highly valued. Requirements Valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to our office each morning Ability to work Monday through Saturday during the busy season Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to safely operate a pickup truck with trailer or a box truck (training provided if needed) Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable attendance Daily Responsibilities Load and unload trucks and equipment each morning and afternoon Perform lawn fertilization, weed control, aeration, and overseeding services Complete assigned service routes safely and efficiently Communicate professionally with customers when needed Maintain clean trucks and equipment Follow all company safety procedures and pesticide regulations Assist with additional company projects when necessary Licensed Applicators Encouraged to Apply If you currently hold a New Jersey Pesticide Applicator or Operator License, please let us know during your initial phone call.
