Job Overview Valid Driver's License Required We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Mowing Service Operator to join our outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality lawns and landscapes through precise mowing, trimming, and groundskeeping practices. Duties Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently. Walker mowers, Toro Grandstands, Toro Zmaster Mow lawns to specified heights, ensuring even cuts and healthy turf growth Follow safety protocols rigorously while handling power tools and chemical treatments like pesticides or herbicides Maintain trucks and equipment by checking fluids and completing basic maintenance. Experience Prior outdoor work experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or lawn care is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools is highly desirable Familiarity with irrigation systems, plant identification, pesticide management, and horticulture principles will enhance your effectiveness in this role Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with a focus on grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment operation Snow Removal is mandatory November 1st
