In this energetic role, you will be responsible for applying lawn care and pest control treatments with precision and safety. Your expertise will help clients achieve lush, pest-free lawns while ensuring all procedures adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine outdoor work, technical skill, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles, power tools, and Turfware machine to transport and apply lawn care products across various outdoor settings Apply chemical agents for pest control and lawn treatment following pesticide management and integrated pest management (IPM) protocols Conduct site assessments to determine appropriate pest control strategies and lawn care solutions based on entomology knowledge and customer needs Maintain detailed records of chemical usage, application procedures, and safety compliance in accordance with pesticide application regulations Communicate effectively with customers to explain treatment plans, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with services provided Follow all safety protocols Requirements Proven outdoor work experience in lawn care, landscaping, lawn applications or related fields Mechanical knowledge of power tools, and pest control equipment Familiarity with pesticide handling, chemical agent safety procedures, and pest control chemical management Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely and confidently Knowledge of ladder use, ladder safety procedures, confined space entry safety procedures, and respiratory protection standards Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while handling pesticides and other chemicals Basic understanding of entomology principles related to pest identification and control strategies

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
