Opportunity Overview Ohio Snow & Turf LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Lawn Care Technician & General Laborer. This is a hands-on, outdoor position involving a variety of lawn care and property maintenance services, including fertilizer and lawn treatment applications, commercial mowing, landscaping, property maintenance, and general labor. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is willing to learn, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply fertilizer, weed control, and other lawn treatment products according to company procedures Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain residential and commercial lawns. Assist with general outdoor labor such as trash pickup, light cleanup, and equipment loading/unloading. Maintain and clean equipment as directed. Follow daily schedules, directions from supervisors, and safety procedures at all times. Assist with snow removal duties in the winter, including shoveling and applying salt (as needed).

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred). Experience operating commercial mowing equipment (preferred but not required—will train the right person). Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
