Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Temporary Lawn Care Technician to help with our fall core aeration and overseeding services. Responsibilities Operate lawn aeration equipment, including machine and manual aerators Perform lawn aeration efficiently and safely Apply grass seed using proper overseeding techniques Apply starter fertilizer according to instructions Maintain a clean and professional work area Follow job-site instructions and safety procedures Provide quality service to customers Qualifications Previous lawn care, landscaping, or aeration experience preferred Experience operating lawn equipment is a plus Must be willing to learn and follow instructions On-site training will be provided Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate treatment processes clearly. Valid driver's license Physical ability to perform outdoor tasks requiring lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
