In this energetic position, you will be responsible for applying lawn care treatments and pest control solutions to residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will help clients achieve lush, vibrant lawns while ensuring safety and environmental responsibility. Duties Safely operate lawn spraying equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery, to apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and pest control products. Conduct thorough inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify pest issues, weed growth, or nutrient deficiencies. Follow detailed application procedures and safety protocols to ensure effective treatment delivery while protecting clients' property and the environment. Maintain accurate records of treatments applied, including dates, products used, and areas serviced. Drive company vehicles responsibly between job sites, adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards. Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, safety precautions, and follow-up care to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in sales related to lawn care or pest control is a plus but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge of pest control methods, lawn care practices, farming techniques, or landscaping is highly desirable. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment used in outdoor maintenance. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting equipment or standing for extended periods.
