Job Description

Lawn Care & Tree Service Technician Must be 18 or older Call (361)235-1719 to schedule an interview We are looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our growing lawn care and tree service team.

Responsibilities:

Independently complete commercial and residential lawn maintenance routes. Safely operate lawn care equipment and pull a trailer throughout the workday. Assist with tree work, landscaping, and other outdoor labor as needed. Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company well while on job sites.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be able to safely pull and back a trailer. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and strong work ethic. Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or tree work is preferred but not required if you're willing to learn.

Pay is based on skill, efficiency, and the quality of your work. Raises are absolutely on the table for employees who consistently show strong performance, reliability, and a willingness to improve.

Pay:

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
