Job Description
We are looking for hardworking, dependable team members who take pride in doing quality work and want to grow with a company that is raising the standard for lawn care and landscaping in our area. Position Responsibilities:
Lawn mowing and string trimming Edging sidewalks, driveways, and flower beds Blowing off all hard surfaces for a clean finish Mulch and pine needle installations Shrub trimming and landscape maintenance Plant, sod, drainage, and hardscape installations Loading, unloading, and caring for equipment Maintaining clean and professional job sites Communicating clearly with crew members and leadership, and customersWhat We're Looking For:
Reliable and on time every day Strong work ethic Attention to detail Takes pride in quality work Positive attitude Able to work outdoors in heat and physical conditions Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly Valid driver's license preferred Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or equipment operation is a plus Drug Free (Zero-tolerance)Pay & Growth:
Pay is based on experience, work ethic, and leadership ability. There is strong opportunity for growth as we continue expanding our mowing and landscape installation divisions.Pay:
