Memphis, Tennessee Pay:

Full-time Mr. C's Lawn Care is hiring a dependable lawn care technician who can safely drive a company truck and pull a utility trailer. This is a hands-on field position—not a driving-only job. You will drive the crew between properties and work alongside the team performing lawn maintenance, landscaping, seasonal services, and Christmas-light installation. We are a growing company looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and interested in becoming a long-term member of our team. Advancement opportunities may become available as the company expands. Responsibilities Safely drive a company truck while pulling a utility trailer Transport the crew and equipment between job sites Perform mowing, weed-eating, edging, blowing, and general property cleanup Assist with landscaping, leaf removal, cleanups, and other outdoor services Install, maintain, and remove Christmas lights Work safely from ladders and on roofs when required Correctly use all provided safety equipment and follow fall-protection procedures Follow daily instructions from the field supervisor Help load, unload, and secure equipment Inspect the truck and trailer before leaving each morning Report equipment, vehicle, safety, or property issues promptly Maintain professional behavior around customers and their properties Arrive consistently and on time Required Qualifications Valid driver's license Driving record acceptable to the company's insurance provider Reliable transportation to and from work Dependable attendance Comfortable working at heights, including from ladders and on roofs Willing and able to perform Christmas-light installation Ability to work outdoors in Memphis heat, cold, and changing weather Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Willingness to complete a driving evaluation and paid working interview Preferred Qualifications Experience driving a truck while pulling a utility trailer Professional lawn-care, landscaping, construction, roofing, or outdoor-labor experience Experience operating commercial lawn-care equipment Experience working safely from ladders or on roofs Christmas-light installation experience Interest in growing into additional responsibility as the company expands Experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates who have a strong work ethic, a safe driving record, and the right attitude.
