Our growing team is hiring Lawn Care Technicians who want a stable career, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement. No Lawn care experience is required, we provide paid training and support you in earning your pesticide license.
What You'll Do:
Apply lawn care treatments including fertilizer, weed control, and aerations Evaluate lawn health and recommend services Provide excellent customer service to homeowners Complete daily service routes safely and efficiently Maintain company truck, tools, and equipment Educate customers on lawn care solutions Identify additional service opportunities for customersWhat We're Looking For:
Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Strong communication and customer service skills Lawn care of landscaping experience is helpful but not required Wiling to obtain a pesticide application license, training providedPhysical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to walk several miles per day Driving (truck w/wo trailer, van, & forklift) Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsEducation:
High School Diploma or GED requiredRequirements:
Must pass background check, drug screening, and MVR (valid drivers license) Must comply with all company policiesSchedule:
Flexible Shifts:
include both 10-hour and 8-hour shifts.Day Shift:
