  • Weekly Pay Texas Terrain Lawn Care | San Antonio, TX Texas Terrain Lawn Care is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, hardworking Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our team.
We are not looking for someone who needs to be reminded to show up or work hard. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, wants steady income, and is interested in growing with a professional lawn care company. What You'll Do Mow, edge, trim, and blow residential and commercial properties Operate commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently Drive company trucks and trailers Follow daily route schedules and complete work on time Maintain clean, professional job sites Communicate with office staff and team members Help maintain and care for company equipment What We're Looking For Valid driver's license (required) Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat Ability to lift 50+ pounds and remain physically active throughout the day Reliable transportation to and from work Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $18.50+/hour based on experience Weekly pay via direct deposit W-2 employee position (not 1099) Consistent, year-round work Well-maintained trucks and commercial equipment Performance-based raises Opportunity to advance into crew leader positions Schedule Monday through Friday Optional Saturdays available Typical start time: 7:30 AM Average workday: 8-10 hours Why Work With Texas Terrain Lawn Care?
