Full Job Description URGENT:

Looking for a experienced termite inspector who is licensed in 7D Wood-Destroying Pests. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Termite Installer to join our pest control team. This role involves the installation and application of termite treatments for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment. Prior experience in , crawl space work, and currently licensed is strongly preferred. This position offers the opportunity to develop specialized skills in termite management, crawl space protection, and property preservation while playing a key role in protecting customers' homes and businesses. Duties Install termite treatment systems according to company protocols and safety standards Apply liquid or bait treatments around foundations, crawl spaces, and other designated areas Install vapor barriers in crawl spaces, including clearing debris, measuring, cutting, and securing materials Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other job-related equipment Conduct site inspections to determine the appropriate treatment type and method Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, materials used, and job-site notes Assist with property assessments and provide professional recommendations for pest prevention and crawl space solutions Follow all safety procedures to ensure personal and team safety during installations Communicate with the sales team to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional service Requirements Prior experience in termite work, crawl spaces, and currently licensed is strongly preferred Ability to safely and efficiently operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor, crawl-space work, trenching, drilling, and equipment operation Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn industry-specific techniques, treatment methods, and safety standards Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in hands-on technical work within the pest control industry, with the chance to gain valuable experience in termite treatments, vapor barrier installation, and equipment operation.
