We offer paid training and support for professional licensing for team members interested in building skills with us.
What You Will Do Apply Treatments:
Deliver customized lawn care services including weed control and nutrients.
Lawn Renovations:
Perform essential seasonal services like aeration and seeding.
Manage Routes:
Care for the same properties throughout the season to build client relationships.
Diagnose Issues:
Identify lawn diseases, pests, and nutrient needs after training.
Operate Equipment:
Use specialized commercial lawn care and application machinery safely.
Physical Labor:
Perform intensive outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
Problem Solve:
Address on-site challenges quickly to ensure high-quality service.
Client Service:
Act as a personable, professional representative of ProLawn on-site.
What We Are Looking For Outdoor Enthusiast:
Comfortable working long hours in summer heat or cool rain.
Physical Capability:
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a regular basis.
Dependable Driver:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
Mechanically Inclined:
Basic understanding of equipment operation and troubleshooting.
Strong Character:
Full of integrity, service-oriented, and highly reliable.
Communication:
Good verbal and written communication skills for team and client interactions. How to
