Shenandoah Edge is seeking crew members to join our team. Applicants should have familiarity with the use of lawn maintenance equipment and comprehend mowing, blowing, edging, and weed eating.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular mowing, edging, and trimming of lawns to maintain a neat appearance. Perform lawn aeration to improve soil quality and promote healthy grass growth. Clean up leaves, branches, and other debris from lawns and landscaped areas. Maintain and clean lawn care equipment to ensure proper functioning. Follow all safety protocols to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on the job site.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is required. Knowledge of lawn care practices, including mowing, trimming, fertilization, and weed control. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work and client satisfaction. Understanding and adherence to safety procedures while operating equipment. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others. Good verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks on time.

Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): Have you ever operated a commercial zero-turn mower? What brand/size? Any stand-on or walk-behind experience? What types of properties have you mowed before (small yards, large lots, HOAs, apartment complexes, commercial sites, etc.)? How would you handle a customer who is unhappy because you accidentally scalped part of their lawn or hit something and caused damage?
