Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Technician - Private Estate Seeking a dependable, experienced individual for ongoing lawn, landscape, and property maintenance at a private residence. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and can work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, hedges, and trees
• Prune and trim trees, bushes, and hedges
• Identify and care for various landscape plants and ornamentals
• Blow and clean driveways, walkways, and patios
• Keep roofs and gutters free of debris
• Inspect, maintain, and repair irrigation systems
• Operate, maintain, and repair landscape equipment, including robotic mowers
• Wash and detail vehicles
• Organize tools, equipment, and work areas
• Perform general property maintenance and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or property maintenance
• Knowledge of trees, shrubs, and plant care
• Irrigation troubleshooting and repair experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with small equipment repairs
• Reliable, trustworthy, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Compensation:

Hourly rate based on experience. We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship and taking ownership of maintaining a beautiful private property.

Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
