Job Description
Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Technician - Private Estate Seeking a dependable, experienced individual for ongoing lawn, landscape, and property maintenance at a private residence. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and can work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, hedges, and trees
- Prune and trim trees, bushes, and hedges
- Identify and care for various landscape plants and ornamentals
- Blow and clean driveways, walkways, and patios
- Keep roofs and gutters free of debris
- Inspect, maintain, and repair irrigation systems
- Operate, maintain, and repair landscape equipment, including robotic mowers
- Wash and detail vehicles
- Organize tools, equipment, and work areas
- Perform general property maintenance and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or property maintenance
- Knowledge of trees, shrubs, and plant care
- Irrigation troubleshooting and repair experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with small equipment repairs
- Reliable, trustworthy, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
