Lawn Care Technician — $20/Hour + Performance Pay Amery Lawn Care | Vancouver, WA Amery Lawn Care is a growing local lawn care company serving residential properties throughout the Vancouver area. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our field team for seasonal work, with the potential for continued opportunities as the company grows.

Pay Starting base pay:

What You'll Do You'll work as a solo employee alongside our owner while learning our systems and quality standards.

Work may include:

Lawn mowing Edging and blowing Hand weeding Property cleanups Leaf and debris removal Shrub trimming Bark dust installation Loading and unloading equipment Hauling and moving yard debris Other residential lawn and landscape maintenance What We're Looking For You do not need years of landscaping experience. We care more about whether you are dependable, coachable, and willing to work.

You must:

Be at least 18 years old Have a valid driver's license Show up reliably and on time Be available for consistent weekday work Be comfortable performing physical outdoor work Be willing to work in typical Pacific Northwest weather Follow directions and safety procedures Take pride in leaving properties clean and detailed Be respectful around customers and their property Be willing to learn and improve Previous lawn care, landscaping, construction, warehouse, moving, farming, or other physical work experience is helpful but not required.
