Job Description

Green Standard Lawn Care is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team. We are a growing local lawn care company focused on providing high quality lawn maintenance, landscape, and snow removal services to our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a potential year-round position with a growing company. We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to learn and grow with our team. We are looking for someone with a good attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Lawn care or snow removal experience is helpful but not required, we are willing to train the right person on our standards, equipment, and processes.
Responsibilities include:
Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off properties Maintaining a clean and professional appearance at customer properties Assisting with landscape projects such as mulch installation, planting, and bed maintenance Operating lawn care equipment safely and properly Snow removal including plowing, shoveling, sidewalk clearing, and salting during winter weather events Helping complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to work flexible hours during snow events Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Positive attitude and ability to take direction Valid driver's license required What we offer: Competitive starting pay based on experience Potential year round employment opportunities for the right candidate Opportunities for advancement as skills and responsibilities increase Training and the opportunity to learn professional lawn care and snow removal skills A positive work environment with a growing local company Starting wage: $16-$18 per hour depending on experience and ability.
