Job description The Field Supervisor role is both hands-on, and supervisory in nature.

The primary responsibilities include:

Conduct Quality Assurance Visits with Clients and Caregivers in the home Introduce Caregivers on new assignments Train, orient and coach Caregivers as needed on job specific duties and equipment in each client's home Willingness to Drive Conduct non-medical assessments of clients Regularly fill-in for Caregivers at client's homes The right candidate is someone who caring, compassionate, willing to learn and grow, and is comfortable being on the move.
