Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide friendly, professional customer service Manage restaurant reservations using reservation management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table utilization and minimize wait times Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, assist with reservation inquiries, and handle guest questions Maintain organized guest lists, waitlists, and seating charts to ensure efficient flow of service Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to relay guest needs and special requests Uphold food safety standards by adhering to hygiene and sanitation protocols during guest interactions Skills Proven experience as a Host or hostess in a restaurant or food service environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations gracefully Familiarity with restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone communication and etiquette Organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts efficiently Basic math skills for handling reservations, wait times, and billing procedures Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality best practices Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Ability to remain energetic, positive, and professional in a fast-paced environment Join our team as a Host and be part of a vibrant hospitality environment where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel valued!
