Flower & Veg Lead 818 Brands - 1.8 Adelanto, CA Job Details Full-time | Contract $25 - $35 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Operations management High school diploma or GED Driver's License Attention to detail Organizational skills Full Job Description As a Cannabis Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within our cannabis cultivation facility. Your role includes managing a team of cultivation technicians, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of product quality.
Key responsibilities include:
Team Leadership:
Lead and supervise a team of cultivation technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful growth and care of cannabis plants.
Cultivation Management:
Oversee the cultivation process, including planting, watering, feeding, pruning, and harvesting cannabis plants, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to all state and local regulations governing cannabis cultivation, including tracking and reporting inventory accurately.
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control processes to guarantee the production of high-quality cannabis products, consistently meeting company standards.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of cultivation activities, plant health, and other pertinent data required for regulatory compliance and operational improvement.
Problem-Solving:
Address any issues related to plant health, equipment, or facility maintenance promptly to minimize disruptions to production.
Communication:
Work hand in hand with our director of cultivation. Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance, security, and management, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred) Previous experience in cannabis cultivation and/or a similar supervisory role Strong knowledge of cannabis cultivation techniques, strains, and equipment Familiarity with local and state cannabis regulations Excellent leadership and team management skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and organizational skills This job description outlines the core responsibilities and qualifications for a Cannabis Supervisor, but specific duties may vary depending on the company's size, location, and operational needs.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
