Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced Grow Technician to oversee indoor cultivation operations. This role requires a knowledgeable and proactive individual who can manage day-to-day activities, ensure optimal plant health, and lead hired crews effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in indoor growing environments, and a keen understanding of irrigation schedules and dry back processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to high-quality cultivation. Duties Manage daily indoor grow operations, ensuring plants are healthy and thriving. Oversee irrigation schedules, with particular attention to dry back processes to optimize plant growth. Communicate clearly with hired crews, assigning tasks and ensuring that all work aligns with cultivation standards. Monitor environmental conditions such as humidity, temperature, and lighting to maintain optimal growing conditions. Troubleshoot issues related to plant health or environmental controls promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of growth cycles, irrigation, and other operational data. Collaborate with team members to improve cultivation techniques and operational efficiency. Lead by example to foster a team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. Experience Proven experience in indoor cultivation or horticulture, preferably within a commercial setting. Strong understanding of irrigation systems, dry backs, and watering schedules. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct hired crews effectively. Ability to communicate instructions clearly and work collaboratively within a team environment. Knowledge of environmental controls and troubleshooting plant-related issues is highly desirable. Prior experience in managing or supervising grow operations is preferred. This role is essential for maintaining high standards in indoor cultivation while fostering a collaborative team environment.
