We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and skilled part-time maintenance person to help with the upkeep and repairs of our property. The ideal candidate is a "fix-it" person who can troubleshoot a variety of maintenance issues and enjoys working with people. Experience in apartment, hotel, property, or facility maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities may include:

Performing general repairs and routine maintenance Troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, locks, and other property issues Completing preventive maintenance and safety checks Keeping work areas clean and organized Communicating respectfully with residents, guests, coworkers, and management Knowing when a repair requires a licensed professional

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance, apartment, hotel, or facilities experience preferred Strong problem-solving and handyman skills Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Friendly, patient, and respectful attitude Good communication and customer-service skills Ability to safely use basic tools and equipment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Position details: Part-time or Full-time available
