We are a small, family owned and operated business. We sell, deliver and install landscape materials and plants and are seeking someone to take charge and run our greenhouses and plant sales. Individual must have proven experience in greenhouse production and a strong understanding of plant growth. Individual will be responsible for implementing and monitoring standard operating procedures for all horticultural activities to ensure consistency and quality. Some daily responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Starting plants from seed & plug.
- Assist with customer sales.
- Pull orders.
- Order plants.
- Design and plant baskets and planters.
- Monitor plants for diseases and pests.
- Watering, weeding, pruning.
- Working outside in various weather conditions.
