£23,000- £27,500 per annum, depending on experience

4 or 5 days per week | Shifts between 7:00am- 6:00pm Are you an experienced Early Years professional ready to take the next step in your career?
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting a team of nursery practitioners within your room.
- Creating a safe, stimulating and engaging environment for children.
- Planning and delivering activities that support children's learning and development.
- Ensuring the EYFS framework is embedded throughout the room.
- Completing observations, assessments and maintaining accurate learning records.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Supporting the development and wellbeing of all children in your care.
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety.
- Acting as a positive role model and supporting less experienced members of the team.
- Helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery. We're Looking For The successful candidate will ideally:
- Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years/Nursery qualification.
- Have previous experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting.
- Have experience leading a room or supervising other practitioners.
- Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Be confident planning activities and supporting children's individual development.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Be proactive, reliable and confident taking responsibility.
