Door-to-door Full Job Description Responsibilities:

We are looking for energetic, customer service oriented, career-minded leaders to join our growing team. As a Manager in Training, we want you to learn the position of being a Lawn Technician so you can better lead a team from a place of knowledge and experience. When you start out you will be in the field visiting residential and/or commercial clients and will be responsible for learning how to service properties on your route as you apply fertilizer, treat weeds, and perform other professional applications while ensuring amazing customer service. You will also be responsible for having conversations with neighbors, knocking on doors, making field sales and earning additional, high commission rates throughout your route. You will also offer customers additional products and services that may be beneficial, which presents a great opportunity to earn commissions. When you have displayed your ability to master the technical, customer service, and sales aspects of the job you will be eligible for promotion!

Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver license with a clean record. Physically fit, able to walk several miles a day and lift 50 lbs bags of granular products. Interacting with customers and ensuring top-of-the line service. Have the ability to monitor product usage and quality control. Be available to work 40+ hours per week in various weather conditions, including Saturday, as needed. Ability to multi-task, be proactive, solve problems, and handle conflict resolution. Work independently and as a member of a team. Secondary Education preferred but High School Degree required 1 year of experience in Pest Control and/or Lawn Care (preferred), although we will train an individual who displays the willingness and ability to learn.
