We are expanding our Termite Control team and hiring a full-time Termite Technician. If you're looking for a stable career with paid training, growth opportunities, and long-term security, we want to meet you. No prior pest control experience required. We train the right candidates. Position Overview As a Termite Technician, you will inspect, treat, and protect residential and commercial properties from termites and termite damage. This is a hands-on, field-based position that combines problem-solving, customer service, and skilled trade work. Responsibilities Perform termite inspections and termite treatments Identify signs of termite activity and assess structural risk Apply professional termite control solutions Use hand and power tools as part of treatment procedures Educate customers on findings and recommended solutions Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records Drive company vehicle to service locations Follow safety and industry best practices Qualifications Valid driver's license with good driving record Strong work ethic and reliability Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills Comfortable working in crawlspaces and tight areas Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Customer service mindset No experience needed — paid training provided.
