Pay:

$600.00-$750.00 per week, with additional commission opportunities based on performance and experience.

Full-time Bucksworth Home Services is a family-owned pest and termite company serving communities throughout Arizona. We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy working independently, providing excellent customer service, and building long-term careers. Previous pest control experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn. Responsibilities Perform pest control services for residential and commercial customers. Inspect properties and identify pest activity. Apply pest control treatments according to company procedures and safety standards. Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment recommendations. Document service details using a company-issued tablet. Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle. Follow all company safety policies and applicable regulations. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, self-motivated, and organized. Preferred Qualifications The following experience or licenses are preferred but not required: Pest control experience Termite treatment experience Weed control experience Arizona Pest Control License Arizona Termite License Arizona Weed Control License Schedule Full-time 4-day work week Day shift Additional Training Opportunities Eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in company-supported skilled trade training programs, including HVAC, plumbing, or electrical education, based on program availability and eligibility requirements.
