We are seeking a dependable and motivated Pest Control Technician who also provides weed spraying services for residential and commercial customers. This role involves delivering high-quality service, maintaining safety standards, and representing our company professionally in the field. Schedule & Hours Monday-Friday:

8 hours per day Occasional Saturdays (as needed) Overtime available during peak seasons Responsibilities Perform pest control services for residential and commercial properties Apply herbicides for weed control according to regulations and company procedures Inspect properties and identify pest or weed issues Explain treatment plans and recommendations to customers Safely handle and apply chemicals and equipment Maintain accurate service records and reports Follow all state, federal, and company safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle Provide excellent customer service and professionalism at all times Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage daily routes Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs] Strong communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and safety-focused mindset Preferred (but not required): Pest control and/or weed spraying experience State pesticide applicator license (or willingness to obtain) Knowledge of integrated pest management (IPM) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime pay (as needed) Company vehicle and equipment Uniforms provided
