Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and outdoor areas to identify pest activity and entry points Apply chemical agents safely and effectively using proper pest control chemical handling procedures, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols Utilize hand tools, power tools, ladders, and farm machinery to access difficult areas and perform pest treatments efficiently Implement integrated pest management strategies tailored to each client's needs, emphasizing environmentally responsible practices Maintain accurate records of pesticide applications, chemical inventories, and treatment reports in accordance with regulatory standards Operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to all driving safety regulations during client visits and routine inspections Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and provide exceptional customer service to foster trust and satisfaction Experience Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping, farming, or agriculture is highly desirable Knowledge of entomology or pest biology enhances your ability to identify pests accurately and recommend effective solutions Familiarity with ladder safety procedures, confined space entry safety procedures, respiratory protection, and pesticide management is essential for safe operations Hands-on experience with lawn care tools, farm machinery, hand tools, power tools, and other equipment used in pest control activities is preferred Strong customer service skills combined with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate company vehicles safely Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Embark on a career where your proactive approach and technical expertise make a real difference!
