We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stocker to join our grocery store team. The Stocker is responsible for restocking and organizing merchandise, with a focus on beer coolers, soda coolers, and grocery shelves. This role ensures that all products are properly stocked, rotated, and faced to maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment. We are located on 14058 Redlands Blvd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged. Responsibilities Load and unload merchandise as needed Monitor and maintain inventory levels on sales floor Compare inventory ledgers with product received Restock beer and soda coolers promptly and efficiently. Replenish grocery items on shelves, ensuring correct placement and label alignment. Monitor product freshness and rotate stock to reduce spoilage and ensure FIFO (first in, first out) practice. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cooler and grocery areas. Assist with unloading deliveries and backroom organization. Identify and report low stock levels or out-of-stock items to management. Provide basic customer assistance as needed. Follow all safety and alcohol-handling protocols. Qualifications Experience working in a stockroom position or similar role Excellent attention to detail Able to manage time efficiently and effectively Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended amount of time High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in stocking or retail is a plus. Must be 21 years or older (due to alcohol handling). Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of product organization and inventory rotation.
