Local Pest Control company with 30+ years in business looking for serious, self confident person to hire as a technician to perform tree care services, insect control services, gopher control services, and weed control services at residential, commercial, institutional, and agricultural properties. Minimum 1 year Pest Control experience needed.

ONLY CANDIDATES WITH MINIMUM 1 YEAR PEST CONTROL EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.

Job includes:

• Paid on the job training
• Uniforms included + weekly cleaning (after probation period). Safety equipment provided.
• Monday
• Friday schedule with some mandatory Saturdays
• Job begins as early as 5:30am (sometimes earlier)
• Paid Holidays, paid time off available to eligible employees, Medical / Dental insurance available (after probation period.) Duties include, but may not be limited to:
• Must be fluent in English, write legibly, read a map, and add numbers.
• Treat trees, turf, plants, etc. for insects; Tree disease and fertilizer application
• Provide exterior insect control services (no structural pest control)
• Provide gopher / squirrel control services
• Correctly mix and apply herbicides on dirt areas, rock areas, and turf ANY candidate MUST possess the following qualities:
• Dependability (MUST arrive to work on time, every day they are scheduled)
• Strong work ethic
• Self-starter (recognize what needs to be done and do it)
• Customer service skills (you will have direct contact with our customers and must know how to present yourself and our company professionally)
• Clean driving record (you MUST be able to be added to our auto insurance policy)
