Every-other-Saturday coverage is required during Spring/Summer; the winter/fall schedule runs 5 days a week. What You'll Do Provide high-quality pest control services to residential and commercial clients Run a daily route, resolving customer pest concerns and issues Mix, apply, and work with pesticides in compliance with state and federal law Maintain accurate service records and pesticide usage/inventory reporting Educate customers on prevention strategies and Akela's service offerings Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order per Ag regulation standards Keep management informed of any issues encountered on your route Carry a product backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs What We're Looking For Dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in the work Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a supportive team A pest problem solver with clear, professional customer communication Committed to safety, quality service, and customer satisfaction Requirements Active California Applicator's License required — Branch 2 license holders especially encouraged to apply 1+ years of pest control experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check and drug screening If you've already put in the work to get licensed, we want to put you on a route where that license is respected and rewarded.
