Walter's Automotive Group is looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Department in Riverside. This is a full-time, entry-level position ideal for someone looking to grow their experience in digital marketing, social media, events, and automotive marketing. The Marketing Assistant will support day-to-day marketing efforts across our automotive brands and work closely with the Marketing Director, dealership managers, and outside vendors. Responsibilities Assist with creating, scheduling, and posting content across social media platforms Help coordinate and execute dealership events and promotional activities Make routine website updates, including updating specials, banners, and other content Coordinate with dealership managers to gather current promotions, offers, and marketing needs Update and maintain service specials across dealership websites and marketing channels Assist with email marketing campaigns Help organize marketing assets, photos, videos, and creative materials Coordinate with photographers, videographers, agencies, and other marketing vendors Assist with reviewing dealership websites and third-party listings for accuracy Support digital advertising and marketing campaigns Help ensure marketing materials follow brand and dealership guidelines Assist with additional marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Comfortable working with different departments and dealership managers Basic knowledge of Canva, social media content creation, or digital marketing is a plus Automotive dealership experience is not required, but is a plus Must be dependable, proactive, and willing to learn What We Offer Paid training to enhance your skills A defined promotion track with growth opportunities Flexible scheduling options Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan
