The role involves performing pest and termite treatments, conducting inspections, maintaining accurate service records, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled pest control and termite treatments in compliance with state regulations and company standards. Inspect and treat common pests, including rodents, termites, ants, spiders, cockroaches, and wasps. Complete service documentation, inspection reports, and photos using CRM software. Conduct preventative inspections of attics and crawlspaces, identifying pest activity, moisture issues, insulation damage, and structural concerns. Communicate findings and treatment recommendations to customers and office staff. Maintain service equipment, tools, and company vehicle. Identify opportunities for additional services, including recurring pest control, rodent exclusion, termite inspections, attic restoration, insulation replacement, and moisture control. Qualifications Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable accessing attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and confined spaces. Basic proficiency with smartphones and CRM software. Success Measures High customer satisfaction and retention.
