Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Soliant Education | Contract Position | 30 Hours per Week Soliant Education is seeking a compassionate, patient, and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Aide to support an elementary-aged student in a small, supportive school district. 1:1 support for a 5th-grade male student

Immediate availability preferred Responsibilities Provide individualized behavioral and academic support throughout the school day Implement behavior intervention strategies and support plans as directed Foster student independence by encouraging self-advocacy and confidence-building Support social, behavioral, and academic goals while avoiding over-dependence on adult assistance Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes as required Qualifications

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Active or recently inactive RBT certification preferred Candidates with an inactive certification pending supervision requirements are encouraged to apply Experience supporting students with autism and behavioral needs required Behavior Aide Previous experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and behavioral challenges Ability to build positive relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with students with autism and challenging behaviors Understands how to support a student without hovering or creating dependence Can promote independence, confidence, and self-regulation skills Brings a calm, positive, and student-centered approach to their work Why Soliant Education?
