Ant Group Education background: Undergraduate Release time: 2026.06.17 Job description We are looking for a Payments Operations Specialist to support Antom and Zyla operations across the US business. This role focuses on clearing, settlement, dispute handling, merchant wallet funds management, and corporate bank account management, ensuring timely and compliant movement of funds across multiple funds scopes. Key Responsibilities 1. Antom Operations- Support end-to-end channel clearing and settlement operations
- Partner with the reconciliation team to resolve settlement breaks and drive clearing exceptions
- Manage the full lifecycle of refunds and chargebacks, disputes, and inquiries with financial partners 2. Zyla Operations
- Handle daily funds inflow and outflow, including remittance tracing, inquiries, and payout tracking
- Manage remittance returns, execution failures, and bank RFIs 3. Banking & Funds Management (Cross-Functional)
- Manage corporate bank account lifecycles, including executing openings, closures, and institutional annual KYC reviews across business lines
- Provide critical regulatory assistance and operational support, ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards as an MSB licensed entity
- Enforce fund safeguarding processes, internal operational controls, and regulatory data validation
- Partner with Risk, Finance, and Tech teams to ensure overall fund integrity and stability Job Requirement Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in payment operations, corporate banking, settlement, or fintech
- Hands-on experience in at least ONE of the following areas:
- Chargeback & Dispute Management — deep experience across the full dispute lifecycle (retrieval, representment, arbitration) with card networks
- Wallet Fund Flow Operations — deep experience in managing inbound/outbound fund flows, remittance operations, or stored-value product fund logic
- Prior experience with regulatory reporting or assisting with MSB regulatory examinations is a strong plus
- Uncompromising professional integrity, strong accountability, and a high sense of compliance
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with data automation is preferred
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and highly adaptable to shifting operational priorities Growth Opportunity
