The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. This position involves inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, implementing treatment plans, and educating customers on pest prevention solutions. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and conditions conducive to pest activity. Apply pesticides, insecticides, rodenticides, and other pest control treatments in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement effective pest management solutions tailored to customer needs. Maintain accurate service records, treatment reports, and customer documentation. Communicate findings, treatment recommendations, and prevention strategies to customers. Safely handle, transport, and store pest control products and equipment. Operate company vehicles and maintain equipment in clean, working condition. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to pest control and pesticide application. Respond to customer concerns professionally and provide exceptional service. Participate in ongoing training and certification programs as required. Qualifications Required Minimum 2-3 years of professional pest control experience preferred. Valid California Branch 2 Pest Control Applicator License Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of common pests, treatment methods, and integrated pest management (IPM) practices. Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor settings. Preferred Experience with residential and commercial pest control services. Gopher control experience is a plus Sales or customer retention experience.
