Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans. Apply pest control treatments using various methods and tools, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Provide recommendations to clients on pest prevention strategies and maintenance practices. Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used during each visit. Utilize hand tools, power tools, as needed for effective pest management. Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and reach job sites efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements Strong sales skills to effectively communicate service offerings and upsell additional treatments when appropriate. Customer Service Experience. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools, and safely and effectively. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for this role. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required for successful pest identification and treatment. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and provide clear explanations of services rendered.
