r41290-92284 Job Description Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) School-Based | Yucca Valley, CA | $32$38/hr ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a supportive school team in Yucca Valley, California. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an RBT passionate about working with students and providing individualized behavioral support in a structured school environment.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support to students Assist students with challenging behaviors and social-emotional needs Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the direction of the behavioral team Collect and document behavioral data and student progress Support students in developing positive social, communication, and classroom skills Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers

Qualifications:

Active RBT certification preferred/required Previous ABA, behavioral, or school-based experience preferred Experience supporting students with autism and behavioral needs is highly preferred Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and behavior management skills Passion for helping students achieve positive outcomes

Compensation:
