Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and entry points Safely handle and apply pest control chemicals following all safety protocols and pesticide management guidelines Operate company vehicles, ladders, power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery as needed for treatment applications Follow safety procedures including respiratory protection, confined space entry safety procedures, ladder safety procedures, and chemical handling protocols Assist with implementing integrated pest management plans tailored to each customer's needs Maintain detailed records of pesticide applications, safety compliance, and treatment outcomes Provide excellent customer service by explaining treatment plans clearly and addressing client questions professionally Experience Outdoor work experience or farming background preferred but not required; training will be provided for all new hires Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, or ladder use is advantageous Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Ability to follow detailed safety protocols including pesticide application knowledge and confined space entry safety procedures Willingness to learn about entomology (the study of insects), pest control chemical handling, and integrated pest management techniques Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely Prior experience in sales or working outdoors enhances your ability to succeed in this role but is not mandatory This position is paid and offers a fantastic opportunity for growth within the pest control industry.
