Our technicians handle a wide variety of residential and commercial pest problems. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has a positive, can-do attitude Is self-motivated and dependable Has strong communication and customer service skills Enjoys hands-on, active work Can work independently and manage their day effectively Takes pride in doing quality work Is comfortable working in residential and commercial environments Is willing to learn and grow The Technician Role As a Catseye Technician, you'll help protect homes and businesses from a variety of pest problems while providing professional, high-quality service. You'll work directly with customers to understand their concerns, identify pest issues, perform treatments and services, and recommend solutions that meet their needs. No two days are exactly alike. You'll encounter new challenges, learn something new, and have the opportunity to make a real difference for the customers you serve. Physical & Job Requirements Must be physically capable of performing services on residential and commercial structures Must be comfortable climbing into attics, crawlspaces, and other confined areas Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record Must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug test and background check Must be willing to work overtime and every other Saturday Why Catseye?
