$886/week ($46,000/year) About Us Boca Sunstate Pest Control is a family-owned and operated pest control business that has proudly served the community for over 46 years. We are looking for a dependable Pest Control Technician to join our team. No prior pest control experience is required- we provide paid training and help you develop the knowledge needed to succeed. Responsibilities Complete a daily residential pest control route and additional service calls as needed. Inspect homes, identify pest concerns, and apply appropriate treatments. Communicate professionally with customers and answer basic questions about services. Maintain accurate service records. Safely operate a company vehicle throughout the workday. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Background check required. Honest, dependable, and trustworthy. Professional and courteous when interacting with customers. Comfortable handling pesticides and working around insects and other pests. Able to work independently and manage daily responsibilities. Able to perform moderate physical activity, including walking, carrying equipment, and working outdoors in Florida heat. What We Offer Paid training- no prior pest control experience required. Monday-Friday schedule with a consistent monthly service route. Company vehicle and fuel provided. Independent work environment with minimal day-to-day supervision. Primarily indoor residential work, reducing time spent outdoors compared with many field service positions. Paid holidays.
