Service Territory:
Hillsborough, Pasco Counties, & Pinellas counties. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and potential vulnerabilities. Provide expert recommendations on pest treatment options, including the application of pesticides and other control methods. Perform pest extermination treatments using hand tools and power tools to efficiently complete treatments and property maintenance tasks. Educate customers on pest prevention strategies, ongoing maintenance plans, and environmentally friendly practices. Drive company vehicles safely between job sites while maintaining a clean driving record. Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments performed, and customer interactions to ensure quality service delivery. Collaborate with team members to improve service protocols and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication. Qualifications Proven experience or interest in sales, pest control. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles between locations. Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatment processes and answer customer questions. Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods. Knowledge of land management practices or gardening is a plus. Willingness to learn about pest control techniques and safety protocols through training programs. Deal:
Transition from inspection to a signed contract. You must be comfortable asking for the sale on low and high-ticket items
Proven Revenue Generation:
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into "Gold Standard" clients.
Master Upselling:
Identify opportunities to protect the client furtherturning a one-time pest service, into a long-term termite protection plan.
Technical Execution:
Perform the specialized treatments you sell. You sold the "Gold Standard," now you must deliver it.
Customer Service Obsession:
Provide a level of service that turns a stressed homeowner into a 5-star reviewer.
Requirements Experience:
Pest control experience, not required but a plus!
Detail Oriented & Follow Instruction:
Detail-oriented with the ability to carefully follow instructions and complete tasks accurately and on time.
Sales Closing Skills:
Ability to handle price objections and explain the "Math of Failure" (Value vs. Price).
Prospecting Skills:
Ability to identify, engage, and qualify new leads through calls, networking, and follow-ups.
Technical Knowledge:
Basic computer and mobile app skills
Physical Conditions :
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, crawling in small spaces, and lifting heavy objects.
